This property was in poor condition when it was purchased by a new owner in the winter of 2017. Our customer asked Chamberlain to perform necessary repairs including concrete, asphalt patching, milling, paving, sealcoat, and striping throughout the community. It was a multifaceted job.
This job required coordination of activities to complete the upgrade with minimal tenant disruption.
